OpenProj - Desktop Project Management in Java
OpenProj is a desktop project management application similar to Microsoft Project. OpenProj has a familiar user interface and even opens existing MS Project files. OpenProj is interoperable with Project, Gantt Charts and PERT charts.

Mspviewer - A Microsoft Project Written in Java
This is project I started after I had trouble locating a free microsoft project viewer. I have spent about a month working on it in my spare time, it is now an alpha release. I will continue to add features to it as time permits. I eventually discovered openproj (http://openproj.org/) which seems like a full featured project tool. I will continue to work on this project as a simple viewer.
